*200g/7oz self-raising flour, sifted
*100g/3oz golden caster sugar
*100ml/3fl oz sunflower oil
*75ml/2fl oz milk
*1 large free-range egg
*50g/1oz qood quality dark chocolate, chopped
*1 heaped tbsp high quality mincemeat
*50g/1 oz good quality white chocolate, chopped
*50g/1oz dried (or fresh) cranberries
200克筛过的自发粉
100克黄金糖粉
100毫升葵花油
75毫升牛奶
1个散养鸡蛋
50克高质量黑巧克力、切碎
满满一勺碎肉
50克高质量白巧克力、切碎
50克干的或新鲜蔓越莓
Preparation method

1.Preheat the oven to 190C/375F/Gas 5 and put 24 mini-muffin cases inside a mini-muffin tin.
1. 预热烤箱到190摄氏度,把24个迷你松饼的纸杯放入松饼模具里。
2.Mix the flour and sugar in a bowl, then make a well in the centre. Whisk together the oil, milk and egg and slowly pour into the bowl, stirring gently. Divide this mixture between two bowls. In one bowl add the dark chocolate and mincemeat. Add the white chocolate and cranberries to the other bowl. Stir very gently.
2. 混合面粉和糖,在中间挖个洞。把油、牛奶和鸡蛋搅拌均匀,慢慢倒入洞里、再轻轻拌匀。把混合物分成两个碗装。在一个碗里加入黑巧克力和碎肉,在另一个碗里加入白巧克力和蔓越莓。轻轻拌匀。
3.Divide the two mixtures among the 24 muffin cases and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and risen.

4.Remove the muffins to a wire rack and eat warm.
