    Three easy steps to help achieve your goals and making your dreams come true. I didn't believe it was possible, but when I made these steps I found myself in a new wonderful world of my dreams turned into reality. Now I want to help people improve their life by sharing this simple rule.
Every day we are making attempts to improve our life: find new friends, career and love, set goals, achieve them and rid of the problems. The main thing which helps to fulfill all these topics and makes us happier is our attitude. The attitude is the vertebrae of a fulfilled life. If it's broken, we cannot set new goals.

    To become a happy person our attitude should be healed. It widens our horizons and opens new ways of living. By changing our attitude we also change our values, approaches, behaviour and improve our relationships and health. First, we need to analyze what exactly should be changed and how.

    There are two categories of people: one CAN set and achieve goals, another CANNOT do it. They need some kind of a tractor or pusher, as they cannot "push out" their ideas into real life, simply because they might be shocked, stressed out, tired or uncapable of analysis. Remember, without pushing one cannot deliver anything to the world.

    We are creators of our destiny. We choose what to do next; we can rule, lead or let someone else lead us. We choose to be happy, healthy and well off or quite to the contrary. We can have changes and we choose what changes we want. 

    At the moment when you decide to change your life path and find the way to your happiness, eliminate all negative thoughts. Think about your goals in the present tense and imagine that you have already achieved them. You have to live your dream and work on it and it will definitely come true.

    Life is an enormous shopping centre. You can choose anything you like! Once you are there you will do your best to get your favourite food or things. You wouldn't buy the things you don't need or don't like. So, why would you want to have the things you hate in your life?

    We come into the shop and start moving along the sections. What are we doing? First, we have the list of items we want, that means that we know exactly what we want. Second, we know what to start with and third, we know what we are going to do with the items.

    The same happens in our life. Three simple steps. First - the list of desired things. Second - plan. Third - the result. If we have a plan we are able to conquer fear and make our dreams come true. 

    三个简单步骤帮助你实现目标,梦想成真。我也曾不相信,但当我迈出这几步以后,我发现自己进入了一个奇妙世界,梦想成真。现在我希望与大家分享这个简单原则,帮助大家提升生活品质。

    我们每一天都在努力提升我们的生活:我们找新朋友,新的职业、新的爱情,我们每天都在设立目标、实现它并克服问题。而帮助我们实现所有这些并让我们快乐的最主要的一点就是我们的态度。人生态度就象充实生活的脊柱。如果它断了,我们就不能设立新的目标。

    要成为一个快乐的人我们必须修复好我们的人生态度。它拓宽我们的眼界,为我们打开新的生活方式。改变我们的人生态度也就改变了我们的价值观、行为方式,提升我们的人际关系和健康。首先,我们必须分析哪些方面需要转变以及如何作出改变。

    世界上不外乎两类人:一类是能设立目标并实现它,而另一类则不能。他们需要某种牵引力或驱动力,因为他们不能自己把想法变成现实,只是因为他们可能会受到冲击,感受到压力、疲惫不堪或不能正确分析。我们必须要记住,没有动力,一个人就不可能给世界带来任何东西。

    我们是自己命运的创造者。我们选择下一步要做什么,我们可以自己主宰、引导自己,也可以让别人牵着我们的鼻子走。我们可以选择快乐、健康而富足的生活,也可以作出恰恰相反的选择。我们可以作出改变并选择作出怎样的改变。

    此时此刻,当你决定要改变生活路径,设法实现快乐人生的时候,消除所有负面的想法。想想你现在的目标,想象你已经实现了它们。你必须感受你自己的梦想并为之努力,然后梦想就肯定会实现。

    生活就象一个巨大的购物中心。你可以选择任何自己喜欢的东西!一旦身处其中,你就应该尽自己最大能力获取自己最喜欢的食物或东西。你不会购买自己不需要或不喜欢的东西。因此,为什么要让生活中自己厌恶的事情伴随在自己的生活中呢?

    我们走进商场开始沿着不同部分往前移动。我们在做什么呢?首先,我们心里边有自己想要的东西的一份清单,这就是我们真正想要的东西。其次,我们知道先从什么买起,最后,我们清楚我们要怎样利用这些东西。

    生活也是一样!简单的三步而已!首先,列出自己想要的东西。然后,作出计划。最后,看结果。如果我们有了生活的计划,我们就能够克服恐惧,让我们的梦想成真!
